Forgetting just how good combining two salad dressing tastes, I couldn't wait to wolf this salad down. Yes, romaine, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, mini cucumber with a big scoop of chicken salad on the side...topped with Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette and Ranch dressings. Oops...I forgot the jalapeno pepper rings...double yum!
