Liking It Spicy

When my son told me about an easy "White Chicken Chili" that they'd discovered recently, I thought I'd give it a try.

Since I like things a "little spicy," I added some diced jalepenos AND I didn't add the Cream of Chicken Soup.

It is very tasty and on a cold WInter's day, a bowl really hits the spot.
