Just A Walk

Feeling rather anxious thanks to the undecided election along with the Covid pandemic, I told the Pres, "Tomorrow I'm hitting the road early.  I just need to get away from the house, the yard, your face... everything."  Hearing his response, "Uh-huh," was not out of the ordinary as I finished up dinner dishes.

Making no particular plans for that morning, when I got dressed, I figured layers would be the best choice since I had no idea where I would end up.  Feeling the need for something different, I found myself pulling in to access a friend's property to just walk.  Then I kept walking.
