The property that I got permission to access is along the river and owned by a fish and game club. Referring to cove "A" and "B" in my monthly notes to the President of the club has been a way for me to distinguish just where the eagles hangout. Shown below is cove "A," which is where the immature typically roosts overnight while cove "B" is often used by the adult (s).
What has surprised me is the activity of various water fowl (Canada Geese, Mallard Ducks, and Merganzers) so early in the morning.
