Sprinting through the downpour, my granddaughter and I got to the car as quickly as possible. "Let me text your Dad before we take off."
Telling her I was going to dictate the text, I then said, "Got the merchandise and we're heading to the hideout."
"Nana, really? You got the merchandise???" she said in disbelief, raising one eyebrow just like my son.
