Growing Grass
Admiring a friend of mine's ornamental grass in her yard, last Fall I picked up a few varieties when they were on sale. Planting them on either side of our decks, I followed her directions to the "t". "Just dump the snow from your deck on them in the Winter and they'll be fine," she said.
Well, believe it or not, she was right. My small plots of ground are filling in fast.
