Turkey Trot
Did you know that a group of wild turkeys is called a flock while a group of domestic turkeys is called a rafter or gang?
As usual, they came in from the East side of the woods. Walking slowly and cautiously, making their way closer to the fence until...
one brave bird flew over the fence.
Landing in the yard, it took it's time wandering around. Then it finally realized the feeders were on the other side of the fence where it had left the other birds.
And I thought turkeys were supposed to be smart...LOL!!
When I last saw it, it was doing the turkey trot, trying to catch up to the rest of the flock.
just seeing, saying and sharing...
