Sunlit Rewards
Vacationing was a treat both the Pres and I needed. We hadn't gotten away since 2014 so the time was good for us...a well deserved reward, if you will. Furthermore, although it's been a while since I posted, now, after my "blogging getaway," I feel refreshed.
Spending time with other people from other countries can be humbling and resulted in a simple but poignant reminder of just he good life is.
Since my last post, I unplugged...and I mean unplugged from everything...No email, no blogging, minimal usage of my cell phone, limited use of my iPad as well as my laptop and I did it cold turkey. It was totally worth it.
