Busy Baking
With Thanksgiving just a few days away it was time to take the Butternut Squash out of the freezer and begin making the Pumpkin Pies for everyone. Following the recipe that the Pres wrote when he was in grammar school, it warmed my heart.
Why?
First...because it was handwritten by him.
Second...it was laminated by my MIL years ago and given to ME.
