From Ferns to Wildflowers
Knowing your wildflowers can be tricky and very difficult for a novice.
However, using Newcomb's Wildflower Guide, it becomes a little easier and forces me to remember what I learned in Botany my freshman year at UConn!!
Since our property is smack dab in the middle of the woods, we are privy to all sorts of flora and fauna.
Each Spring, I look forward to the wide variety we get.
