Easy Baking

After making all those cookies, I found that I was a tad bored on the days following the bagging and packing of the cookies.  My heart still longed to bake.  

 So, I dug through my recipe box and found something that my friend had given me. It was a note on making biscotti the easy way.

Using a box of Cranberry bread mix

and the directions on the side of the box,
I whipped up a batch of Cranberry Almond Biscotti!

And they came out delicious...:)
