My Friend
Today I found out that my friend, Beverly passed away this past week. Although I never knew her personally, she had become a dear, dear friend...thanks to blogging.
When I needed someone to talk to, she was there.
She taught me so much.
When I needed someone to share things with, she was there.
We laughed.
We chuckled.
We cooked.
We baked.
We shared.
I used to tell her that when I came down to visit, I would clean and she could cook.
She told me that she'd leave the back door open but not to tell anyone.
I will miss her.
