Simple Pleasures

I walked with the dogs the other morning for the first time in a long, long time.  It felt so good to breathe the fresh cold air as the sun came over the horizon.

I decided rather than walk the gravel road, we would head in back of our property towards the land trust.  This was one of several patches of ices leading to nature's bounty.

Once home, I performed my routine tick check on Moon and Copper.  Three ticks later, their halters and leashes were hung on the coat rack ready for our next excursion.  I love walking.
