Real Pain

I thought I knew what pain was trying to mend and heal myself over the past few weeks.  However, it is nothing compared to the pain and anguish I felt while my daughter was in the hospital.

Diagnosed with several blood clots in her lungs, she could barely draw a breath.  Tests and more tests, day after day.  Arguments with doctors and days of little or no sleep, she prevailed.

Soon to be released, they informed her today she is B12 deficient and has a mass near her ovaries for follow up by her OBGYN.

Yes, this was pain. 
As a Mom and not being able to help her, this was real pain.
