More Company

The first time we closed the garage door, it stuck out like a sore thumb.  It was still light outside and we could clearly see that the sweep on the bottom of the garage door was damaged.  Telling our builder the next time we saw him, he assured us that he would have the installer stop by and replace the sweep.  What we didn't realize was that the rubber sweep had apparently been chewed...shavings scattered around the area as if someone spilled a container of chocolate sprinkles!

The Prez set down some of those granules close to the door and we simply monitored it for a day or so.  It was then that we were unpacking stuff in the garage.  As I walked over to the left side of the garage to place a shovel with the others, I saw him scurry out and around the corner of the garage.  Topo Gigio had moved in with us!  Hopefully you're old enough to know who that is.  If not...just click on his name.

He never returned.  He's been locked out...shut out...told to move on...as I did not want him or his relatives in my garage, my car or my house!  Call me inhospitable, but this company I did not want!  After all, Lisa had told me about the difficult time she and her hubby had eradicating...yes, eradicating...a family that had taken up residence in her van!
