Location, Location, Location

I'm sure you've heard that "location is key when you're looking for a home".

Well, the other day, I received a text message from my friend in CT.  Quite simply, she wrote, You going to be here for Walktober?

My response, what the heck is a walktober?

And so I did, mainly because when she tells me of things, I listen...always have.  She's very smart, extremely knowledgeable.  In fact she's also like a walking Who's Who? 

Anyway once I explored the link, I couldn't believe it.  And to think, our new house is located there!
