Baking is Done

I don't think I told you that I was baking a few bars for my daughter's party.  I finally finished and they are all nestled snugly in the spare freezer until my Joe heads up to join me in CT for her birthday bash!

  My daughter asked me to make a few batches of each.  But, with people being allergic to nuts, she decided that she would like any "nut" component put into it's own separate batches.  So, in this one, I added chopped walnuts and coconut and they taste GREAT!!!

Since the baking is done, now I can pack as I leave early Wednesday morning...I'm excited!
