Peanut Butter Goodness
Stephanie my OD, other daughter from the gym, gave me a recipe a few weeks ago. Last week, Luke, Laura and the girls came by so I thought I would use them as guinea pigs. Since I couldn't decide what I wanted to put out along with the brownies and pound cake, I whipped up one of these that morning.
Peanut Butter Pie
8 oz cream cheese
1 c confectioner's sugar
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
Combine above in a mixing bowl
Fold in 8 oz Cool Whip
Pour into prepared graham cracker crust and place in frig.
Prior to serving, drizzle chocolate on top.
